What you should expect
UKSEDS National Rocketry Championship
One of our most anticipated event, where SSI members get in teams and enter into a comptetition organised by UKSEDS that allows them to work on a rocket over the span of a year. This entails team management, research, prototyping, documentation, risk assessment, and reports. The teams finally get to launch their rockets at Midlands Rocketry Club.

Workshops and Lectures
SSI hosts regular sessions on rocketry, engineering, and starting this year, astronomy. Our workshops include model rocketry basics, avionics design, structures, and documentation.
National Student Space Conference
Visiting networking events as a representative of SSI to gain valuable industry insights, build connections and hoard all the freebies.
